We have devised a proper money refund policy for our students. You are requested to read the refund policy before making a claim. Following are the important points of the policy:

LATE ORDERS – THE ORDER WAS GIVEN PAST THE DEADLINE:

Delivering the assignments on time is our top priority. We make sure to submit the work to the students on the given deadline. However, once in a blue moon there could be some sort of glitch and there can be a delay in delivery. If you are facing late delivery issue, reach out to our customer support team and discuss the issue. There is always a genuine issue in the delay of order submission, but when the reason is not genuine, we don’t step back from making a refund.

  • If your deadline has already passed, and our custom solution is not of any use, we will make a full refund*. Additionally, please be aware that this should be related to your selected deadline while placing an order.
  • However, if you are using the custom paper and have submitted it even after the deadline and the teacher has deducted a few marks, then only a certain percentage of the total amount will be refunded. Additionally, in that case, you will have to show us the proof of marks deduction due to late submission.

PROVIDING AN ENTIRE REFUND TO YOU

  • If you are charged two times by credit card accidentally, Instant Assignment Help will be liable to return the mistakenly charged amount immediately.
  • The quality of the paper is poor even after having seven revisions
  • When we fail to meet the specified deadline
  • If the customer service officials do not respond you
  • If you fail to inform us prior communicating to a third party, it will be recognized as a breach of contract.

NON – DELIVERY – IN CASE THE CLIENT DID NOT RECEIVE THE COMPLETED PAPER

Situation like this hardly occurs, but if the client has not been provided with the completed order at all and the customer support team is also not responding for two complete business days, the client can ask for a full refund.

WRONG CHARGES – ANY TECHNICAL ISSUE CONCERNING THE PAYMENTS

At times there could be technical glitches causing double or additional payment deduction from the client.

  • In case there has been a double or unnecessary additional charge made, the client is advised to instantly inform the customer support team with a proof of two receipts so we can make a full refund of the additional amount.
  • In most cases the problem is with the payment company and the client will be advised to resolve the matter with the company to avoid double deduction in the future.

CANCELLATION FROM CUSTOMER’S SIDE – ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS ONLY

If you have placed your order earlier and have changed your mind later, the order can be cancelled only within the next 24 hours of order placement. However, if the writer has started working on it, you will have to continue with it. You can also order any other type of assignment of the same worth, right away.

YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED FOR A REFUND IF:

  • You receive poor grades. Please NOTE that we DO NOT guarantee grades. The solutions we offer per your requirements must be treated as samples ONLY and NOT be submitted directly. If you do, it should be at your own risk, and the company holds no liability.
  • You change the deadline. In case of a deadline change, you won’t be eligible for a refund due to delay or price recalculation, as the end dates now stand different.
  • You place editing, formatting, and proofreading orders. Whether you request editing, formatting or proofreading assistance, please understand that the requested services are offered on the original content drafted by you, which may contain contextual errors from before. Editing and formatting do not include material changes but only finer corrections in the original draft. In addition, our tutors offer constructive feedback on the formatting, subject matter, flow, grammar, spelling, and/or other similar writing features.
  • You fail to provide documentary proof and process. In case you fail to follow the guidelines and timelines for filing claims/refunds/complaints requests.
* Full refund = 90% of the amount paid. 10% deduction is towards transaction cost paid to the payment Gateway provider plus service charges.
